Hasty Words is a quick fire word game that supports a huge dictionary of over 250,000 words. The game offers 4 modes of play and boasts addictive gameplay, slick graphics, a catchy soundtrack and a worldwide leader board.
Hasty Words is a unique game in that it uses one of the largest word dictionaries of any word game available today. The game is played by selecting letter chips on screen to create words of 3 letters or more. When a word is completed the letter chips will disappear with a ‘pop’ and new chips will fall down the screen to replace them.
The object of the game is to score as highly as you can in the allotted time. There are two main strategies to building a high score – you can take the ‘speed’ approach and build as many short words as possible, or you can take the ‘length’ approach and build longer words that score more highly. Individual words are scored based on the letters used and including more obscure letters of the alphabet will result in higher word scores. Game Center is used to provide a worldwide leader board of the best scores.
